An integrated agency specialising in healthcare communications with a very definitive skew on consumer advertising and are looking for a senior creative leader to be part of their leadership team in this well-respected, much awarded agency.

As a go to point for the agencies creative agenda, you need to be able to push back, foster amazing relationships with your creative teams as well as the wider agency, protect your ideas and be a standard bearer for award winning work.

So, who are we looking for?

Your current level doesn’t matter so much, you could be an ACD or lead art director in an integrated shop. You’ll come with big ideas, demonstrable people skills, and book rammed full of cross platform ideas – whether that be ideas for TVC, through to experiential or app work. It’s imperative that you’re genuinely integrated and your thinking can permeate any channel.

You are -

Hopefully, you have an active interest in what healthcare communication can mean; the possibilities creatively should excite you. Whether you have healthcare experience or not, is not a prerequisite. You should ideally have through-the-line experience, have a grasp of digital and what new technology can mean with deep understanding of ‘traditional advertising.’ You should come with a background in leading teams. Pretty crucially – you should have a burning desire to produce amazing work and win awards.
