World famous global company is looking for a Resource Team Leader to help book in, manage and coach the temporary staff in the Operations team of their photographic studio for a large online retailer.
Our client is a reputable, international e-commerce company who are looking for a super organised manager who can oversee a large team of temporary workers.
You will report into an Operations Manager who will help you to assess volumes of work and you will then book in the right number of workers on a weekly basis and update the timesheet system.
The Resource Team Leader will help to on-board workers and will manage / coach them on a weekly basis to ensure they are adequately trained and understand the expectations on productivity and quality in their roles. You will have regular one to one’s where you will feedback on their performance, and coach them as well as dealing with any other issues such as their reliability / being on time / positive influence on the team etc.
You will also ensure that timesheets are completed on time and check workers availability for upcoming weeks, so you need to be comfortable with a fair amount of administration tasks within your working week too.
You should be an excellent communicator, motivator, team player and comfortable in dealing with different personalities. You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and be able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced studio environment. You will have experience in leading, developing and coaching people as well as organising and maintaining documentation and data / administration. Finally, you will need to have some skills in Excel and Outlook.
