Client Services Director - £75,000 - £85,000 p/a (FTC)

This role is with a small to medium sized, very creatively led, integrated agency who are looking for a Client Services Director to join the team and lead this function in the agency on a 9 or 12 month fixed term contract. The agency is well established, with some extremely high profile clients and works intrinsically with clients from strategy and creative through to global production of a wide range of work across Print, Digital, Video, Social, CRM etc. They have an absolutely fantastic team who are all very talented and the role will be extremely varied.

The Client Services Director will maintain strong relationships with all senior clients across the agency. You will work closely with the senior management team at the agency to ensure that clients are well looked after and the best possible solutions and work can be produced for client so that the agency can retain and grow accounts. It is also important that you have been involved in pitching for and winning new business as you may lead pitches and be heavily involved in forming new client relationships and onboarding.

A huge part of the role will also involve leading and managing the Client Services team and several other specialist functions in the agency who work closely with Client Services. You will need to work extremely collaboratively and be on hand to direct and develop the team under you and help to ensure the agency continues to provide an empowering and productive working environment.

The Client Services Director will also lead on some projects for one of the agencies largest clients. You will need to be the sort of person who is very happy to pitch in and get your hands dirty and lead by example. You will also need to help the team around you on projects and have a good overview of where things are up to across the agency and ensuring that different departments in the agency are working well together.

It is also important for this role that you are commercially minded and detail orientated with financials. Working with the MD of the agency, you will be responsible for forecasting and will be responsible for some reporting around this on a regular basis.

The role requires an experience Client Services person who has worked at Client Services Director or Business Director level before and managed a large team of people as well as large integrated accounts. Personality wise, the agency needs a grown up with an experienced head on their shoulders who is comfortable taking on lots of responsibility and who can lead, but who has no ego, and is very friendly and positive at all times. This agency are looking for someone with exceptional client facing skills who is extremely conscientious and who works well under pressure.
