Lead Creative Artworker - Up to £45,000 p/a


I am working with a global high end online retailer, that are on the hunt for a Senior Creative Artworker to work closely with their design team and lead their small team of artworkers.

The company is well established and grown at a very good pace over the last 5-10 years and is now a household name and has a great brand behind it. It’s showing no signs of slowing down as it continues to grow globally and this role has come about as a result of that global growth. The company have lovely offices split over 4 large floors with a great breakout space and offer brilliant benefits, including training and flexitime and offers a great working culture and atmosphere.

The work is a mix of Print and Digital OOH, Press, as well as email and DM and Digital assets for web banners, mobile and the opportunity to learn/ work on GIF’s and basic After Effects on digital ads.

For this position, you must have previous experience of artworking a good variety of work including examples of most of the above mentioned media. You will also need to have had some experience of creating campaign guidelines or campaign toolkit guides that will have been created to allow other agencies / territories to rollout their own finished artwork using the supplied hero shots, crops and guides. This will form part of the role, so it is important that you have had experience of producing a range of work and also creating guidelines that can be used by others to roll out campaigns globally that are 100% correct, as you will be responsible for making the rules/guidelines for use in other territories.

The artwork team work collaboratively with the designers, so you should feel comfortable working well with other teams and departments as well as helping more junior people under you. In this role you will work on some very high profile so you must have a proven track record in delivering a range of highly accurate print/screen ready artwork.


  • Creating guidelines for campaign creative for use in other territories.

  • Seeing a campaign through from Creative assets to finished print /web ready deliverables.

  • Working to tight deadlines and in pressured environments.

  • A keen eye for detail is a must and ability to follow strict guidelines.

  • Fluency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is essential – knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
